The house is a two-story traditional mansion with a kitchen and a large bathroom on the ground floor.

On the same floor there is also a dining room and a living room with a fireplace and a 55-inch smart-tv. In addition to the conventional TV antenna, there is a satellite antenna with several international channel options.

The televisions are smart-tv with internet connection via Wi-Fi 50 Mbps and all similar options (internet, YouTube, Facebook etc.). There is also a Netflix connection on the two large screens. Wi-Fi and the central dining area can provide using a laptop work stations for processing business obligations-transactions.

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic-electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, kitchen dining table, fireplace. There is also a filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as crockery and glasses for 12 people.

The residents have the option of a dining area outdoors right in front of the kitchen door and also next to the main entrance of the estate.

The bathroom has a large shower, washing machine and hair dryer. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed both with 32inch-tv.

The mansion is located next to the central square of Gardelades which is a beautiful and quiet traditional village built on a green hill above the beach of Liapades in the northwest part of Corfu island.

At the central square you may enjoy coffee, beers, wine, finger food after 18:00 every day except Mondays at a cozy traditional way. You may relax and interact with local people. The name of the village comes from the Italian "Gardel" which means observatory probably because of its position on the hill that offers a panoramic view of the plain.

The village is 18 kilometers from the city of Corfu. It is also literally 5 minutes from the beach of Paleokastritsa one of the most famous beaches with natural beauty. Liapades and Rovinia beaches are also a breath away.

There is a mini market and a coffee store 200 meters away and super market and a butchery store about 300 meters. You have the option, if you prefer to meet pristine smaller or larger seaside, to rent small boats from the central beaches of Paleokastritsa - Alipa – Liapades and get ready for your adventures.
